SLABFLEX is produced according to the maximum working height of 3.0 – 3.5 – 4.0 – 4.5 – 5.0 – 5.5 mt as standard. It is easy to install and transport. It can be set to work at different heights. With the help of a tripod, the props stand upright. The holes in the inner unit are drilled by special drilling robots without deformation of the pipe. TS EN 1065 certified SLABFLEX outer pipes 60 * 2.0 – 60 * 2.5 – 60 * 3.0 or 76 * 3.0 mm and inner pipes 48 * 2.0 – 48 * 2.5 – 48 * 3 or 60 * 3,0 mm TSE certified, mechanically tested industrial tubes. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production.
The steel products are cleaned with sandblasting before oven painting because of the industrial chemical oil. Upon request, our products can be hot dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
