The system is used as carrier scaffolding under floor and beam with working scaffolding. It consists of vertical and horizontal elements. Connection points consist of lower bowl, upper bowl and almonds. TS EN 74-3 certified lower adjustment shafts are used to level the floor and 4-way or U-headed upper adjustment shafts are used to level the floor and under the beam. TS EN 12810-1 certified Cup-Lock vertical elements are produced from 48*3,0 mm and horizontal elements are produced from 48*2,5 mm TSE certified industrial pipes subjected to mechanical tests. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production.

Horizontal and vertical elements are cleaned from chemical oils on the surface by sandblasting before being subjected to oven painting. In addition, upon request, our products can be dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
